Summer’s Finaly here!
Sorry I haven’t written an entry in a while! We’ve had some nice events, a beach trip, Graduation party for Kaykay, Katherine’s 17th B-Day party (At the same time, Kat you owe me a movie date!) anyway, to the present.
Wow, how many 40 degree nights do we need? We had snow in May! It’s been crazy, but on the first day of the year that was 100+ degrees guess what I Was doing? That’s right, outside digging in my yard to level the ground for an above-ground pool. Jack Jr., Kevin and I (With some help from everybody else at times.) spent 2 days digging in our yard to get this 12′ wide x 30″ deep pool installed properly. (We thought our yard was level until we saw just how lopsided the pool got once we filled it! To be fair, Tracie called it after the first few inches of water had filled the pool the first time…)
Kayla went on the Star Wars Ride/Exhibit on her day off of working at Disneyland. She’s just been slaving her tush off down there! But it sounds like it’s been a really fun experience. (She even told me some cool secrets about Disneyland! Can you keep a secret? So can I! HAH!)

I am taking today off as a vacation day from work so I can get the house in shape for our big 4th of July BBQ Bash. Ouch. I can’t wait for Saturday lol.
