Skyview Cheerleaders Third in Nation
UPDATE: Kayla’s team finished the finals in third place! This means they are third in the US. Not too freakin’ bad!! If you choose the link below and search for ’skyview’ you’ll see their final performance. It is the same routine but Kayla had a bit of a wobble in their final performance (where someone else had a slight wobble in the first performance).
Currently Kayla’s team is in Disneyland in California competing in the national cheerleader’s competition. As of yesterday her team is third in the nation. (Preliminary results.) Skyview competed a few moments ago and will find out where they placed overall in her division this afternoon.

You can spot Kayla in the video easily by looking at their feet. Kayla is the only cheerleader wearing a black ankle brace. (Not to be confused with the spotters in the back in red shirts also wearing black socks or something). She nailed her back handspring!

so how are they doing? I noticed theres one on the site spelled correctly now but i think its the same one as before…..I think they should win but then again I am a little prejudgced.
They finished 3rd in the Nation. It was the experience of a lifetime for them and she must have called me two or three times a day telling me tales of her Disneyland adventure. She even brought me home this awesome lightsaber kit and a Pirates of the Caribbean Mickey Mouse ears!
