Hi,

I worked as a Level 3 technician for just under a year and I have to say I was pretty green at the time but some of the stupid and insulting remarks both CSRs and techs made were just horrible.

If you want a honest opinion of them most of the staff including myself were inadequate for most of the tasked assigned. Their network design is horrible and their servers are both horribly misconfiguration and over capacity. Will not go into details because I really don't need any lawsuits over a violation of my contract.

I felt pressured to lie and misrepresent problems to customers and at some times provide a canned response I knew was absolutely ridiculous. I was constantly micromanaged and forced to meet a "quota" of tickets which in almost all cases results in poorer quality responses for customers.

Some of the technicians would actually take screen-shots when Nagios (the monitoring solution) was green (no servers or services were alerting). I feel that gives an accurate picture of how their IT department is handled.

BTW: rofl @ picture of amy.

Just to give you an update on the Lunarpages.com lawsuit.

(1) Lunarpages has violated section 8.1 and 8.2 of their user-agreement.

(2) Jurisdiction is at issue now. The judge needs to determine whether New York juridiction is proper.

We have a hearing in November 2008.

Just an update on the Lunarpages.com lawsuit. The judge did not believe the testimony of Tiara Rea when she said she never received the summons and complaint. The judge ordered everyone in for a hearing next week, which requires Chadd Riddle and Tiara Rea to fly to New York for the hearing. We have an abundant amount of evidence against them that proves they lied to the judge, which we will be presenting at the hearing. I'll post their written testimony on the Internet. This is going to be really interesting and entertaining to watch while they sweat through their testimony on the record.

The attorney for Lunarpages.com called me and said that they wanted to know if I would drop the hearing and they would accept the S&C. It was clear the attorney was young and green. I told him NO. It was a ridiculous request.

BTW, I pulled a copy of a lawsuit against Lunarpages in California, which consisted of similar facts pertaining to Lunarpages wrongly cutting off someone's website and failing to give them access to their database files. This makes our case stronger against them.

I'll keep you updated. There is one fact for sure, no matter if its New York or California, Lunarpages will not escape this lawsuit. They will face the music for their bad conduct.
