If Crystal was indeed the issue, Grandmother did not have the training necessary to handle a "special needs" child. If Grandmother was the issue, Crystal needed SOMEONE to call. Washington State is the mental health capitol of the nation. It also houses the largest and oldest mental institution within the United States (or did...wonder if anything new is up.) I'm sorry you have to be scared in your own neighborhood. Chances are good they won't retaliate through outward means or violence, but simply ignore you. Your kids, thank God, are sharp and won't go there if told it's dangerous! You did the right thing IMO.
