They Announced it Early…

Technical Support is growing rapidly. We have several open positions at the moment to expand that department to help us with new products and services we will be offering. A few people who have really shined have been promoted to supervisors to assist C*** in maintaining the excellence we expect in that department. I would like to extend congratulations to the Supervisors of Customer Service/Technical Support: C***, K****, S****, R****, and Tracie Thompson.

My hours changed though. I now work 10 AM - 7 PM, Tuesday - Saturday. Not really ideal for me, but we’ll make it work.

In honor of the promotion, Jack set up a wireless network and put together a nice laptop for me to be able to work from anywhere in the house. Yay! :D

    Welp Ralph and Denise… we’ll have to bring over the laptop this summer if we BBQ before 7pm heheh. But at least she can work from anywhere that’s got broadband! (Even StarBucks!)
