Cute, and infuriating…

Last night, in the car, on the way to pick up Kayla to take her out for a birthday dinner:

Cody: Dad! Where are you going?
Mom: We’re going to get Kayla to go out to dinner.
Cody: Dad! Where are you going?
Mom: We’re going to get Kayla to go out to dinner.
Cody: Dad! Where are you going?
Mom: We’re going to get Kayla to go out to dinner.
Cody: Dad! Where are you going?
Mom: We’re going to get Kayla to go out to dinner.
(mom whispers to Dad, why don’t YOU answer)
Cody: Dad! Where are you going?
Dad: We’re going to get Kayla to go out to dinner.
Cody: Ohhhhh. Ok.

Grrrr!
