Hey, I was just diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes too! Isn’t that a bitch? I’m taking pills and trying to cut down on the sugar I eat. I can’t go to the nutrition classes becase I get back into Vancouver too late and they don’t have them on weekends (I don’t understand that). But a friend has given me his workbook and Kaiser just sent me a whole bunch of paperwork. I’d be willing to share. Please share with me if YOU get to go the classes. I’m here if you want to vent to someone who knows exactly what you’re going through.
