Garage sale and Birthday Party
The garage sale was a bust. We came out ahead overall but did not have the turn out we expected at all. On Sunday I think we had 6 visitors in 7 hours. 
We placed an ad, but it was buried with the other 172 listings. It was very very hot and humid this weekend. It even rained a few times, while the sun shined. It was pretty miserable. So that could’ve been part of it too. Our street doesn’t get much traffic, so I’m sure that contributed too. We’re thinking of trying again from Ralph and Denise’s.
On the bright side, Casey and Richie had a fun birthday party. They both got lots of loots and had fun with a pinata, pizza, cake and ice cream. Here’s the pictures!
