Jack ‘n Tracie

That wasn’t so bad all things considered. Shortly after my last post our cable went out. No biggy, our Neftlix dvd’s came so we watched T3 Rise of the Machines then Jack and Melissa made an awesome spaghetti dinner. Just as we all got comfy after dinner to watch more movies, the power went out. Luckily Jack had a nice fire going already so we just put blankets up to keep the living room warm. (Worked almost too good.. it was hot in there, lol). Melissa and I played Mancala and Jack and Kevin played Chess - all by candle light. It was a fun little adventure. Our power was back on at 11 so it was only out for about 3 hours. Not bad. I know there are some who have been out for days now.

Some more of our neighbor’s tree fell. Jack had to go over there and help pull another limb off her roof. The destruction to this tree is amazing and incredibly sad. I’ll have some comparison pictures posted later.
