I can’t handle this! The suspense is killing me! They said to call at 3:30 so I called at 2:30… I couldn’t help it!!! When I talked to the person who signed with yesterday, I asked her what if anything could stop this sale from recording today. She said the only thing that could really stop it is if the funds didn’t make it. Well, when I just now called they said the funds are in from the lender so all we’re waiting on now is the record numbers from the courthouse. Then she said since it’s Friday and the end of the month, it could be late afternoon.
I just want it over! hehe Patience is not my thing right now……
I’m so excited though! We’re HOME OWNERS!!!
