We’re not signing anything. The owners vetoed the new appliance idea. I’m guessing the new managers hadn’t talked to them first before talking to us. Um, ok.
But Mike did show up to look at our stove. He said the burners were broke. All of them. I knew that… that’s why I called. They’ve been “broke” (as in the work but not correctly) since we moved in and the old managers knew it. We just learned to work around them. NOW they say it could be a fire hazard. … …. ….. …………………….
Tony showed up a bit later too and was kinda defensive about the whole thing. Hey Patti, remember when I told him? He claims I never told him about it or the crack in the new tile. Bah! Mike said not to pay attention to Tony though because he forgets everything, lol! He also asked how you were doing….
Anyway. They are going to replace the parts. Yay.
